Isabelle “izzy” Busse


Born in Hong Kong to Chinese and Portuguese parents who loved eating out and trying new cuisines, Isabelle was introduced to some of the world’s finest world-class dishes at a very young age.

For over twenty years, Isabelle’s work has included traveling extensively throughout the world, and the United States where she would dine out at least 15 times a week, giving her an impressive culinary knowledge and perspective. Isabelle is an excellent cook, and her passion and love of food is a significant part of her persona. Her intelligence, sense of humor, classy appearance, women’s perspective, charm and of course her knowledge of food are the perfect qualities to compliment Allan.
